I wanna say it was 250-300 bucks. I went to a pretty good place though. Be sure that you want to get the wings smaller. Personally, I wish mine were a lot larger, and I think they are a lot more sexy when women get wings covering most of their back :)
You heard wrong. only glow in the dark ones are toxic. There are rarely and side effects of the ink. Probably less so then normal ink. GLow in the dark ink causes cancer because of the phosphorous it has in it, and nobody does them anymore.
