	You heard wrong. only glow in the dark ones are toxic. There are rarely and side effects of the ink. Probably less so then normal ink. GLow in the dark ink causes cancer because of the phosphorous it has in it, and nobody does them anymore.

	I heard the ink that is used in glow in the dark tattoos or even black light tats are highly toxic and deadly
