| This is a picture I know everyone has seen. This kid brought it in to me from a magazine ad for the army. Said it was his first tattoo, and just wanted to put it down because that picture moved him....It's almost done, but still need to color in flag and highlight. | just sayin but this is the raising of the flag at Iwo Jima which isnt the orginal pic it had to be retaken and these are Marines not soldiers from the army not hating on it this is a very good tattoo im just saying |

Awesome first tat, nice work!
To cavecock and jet, this wasn't a re-enactment,it was though the second flag to go up after a senior ranking officer wanted the first flag and it was replaced by a larger one, which is what this is depicting. |
