The hardest part of the whole thing is finding someone to do it. No one wants to touch lips these days cuz they do fade fast. If its done 3 times over then its permanent (I've been told) Go to your usual guy and ask him for the favor, I usually pay $50
The pain isn't too bad, it's kinda like getting a few shots of novocain at the dentist. The first time it took 2 min in LA (shit job), the second time, my MN artist did it and put more detail to the letters and it took 5 min.
