Open Question: My tattoo is scabbing - is it time to switch to lotion?

As the title says - it's been my 5th day and my tattoo is now scabbing. I've been putting bepanthen on it but am now wondering if it's time to switch to lotion? Also, how to get rid of the flaking

	I made an account on this website just to tell you that "of" is most certainly a Latin word. You say it by adding a genitive ending to your noun. Way to fail. This is why people shouldn't get tattoos in languages they don't speak or know.
