I went with the black due to it being on my foreman and the colors fading from direct sun which would make it look horrible over time(look at sailors arms after about 10 years).For someone so critical of others, your work ain't the greatest i've ever seen.
I wouldn't call it outdated. Its not even Old English, the font is Gothic German. I liked the way it looked, especially with the shading. Sorry it didn't meet your liking.
