The spiral represents the pump of the heart, the 4 spikes represent the 4 arteries. I had a heart attack affecting the right side of my heart, so the black side is the bad heart, and the white side is the good heart after the operation. one half of a YinYang perfectly represents the right side of the heart.

	the artist did shitty shade blending. and the linework is not so great. actually the outside circle is not really a circle..guess it now is somewhat of an oval!
