The butterfly is the symbol of hope and new life used by the Musculoskeletal transplant foundation (be a donor), I got it after my husband passed away suddenly. The lettering is Live, Love, Laugh - my husband was a comedian and we did lots of laughing! The angel wings have his initials. The cross was added to a rose that I got about 15 years ago (one of my first) and didn't have any meaning to it so I had the cross added.
