THIS IS MY FIRST TATTOO IT IS ON MY RIGHT ARM IT IS A TRIBUTE TO MY GRANDFATHER HE PASSED AWAY OF CANCER WHEN I WAS 6 ME AND HIM USED TO PLAY TIC TAC TOE ON HIS HEAD WHEN HE LOST ALL HIS HAIR I DESIGNED IT SO THAT EITHER X OR O COULD WIN AND GAME IS NOT FINISHED SIGNIFYING WELL FINISH GAME ANOTHER TIME. DONE BY BEAR AT BEARS DEN BALTIMORE MD
