Well,i got it in La On May 17,2009 At Hollywood Tattoo,The Artist Is Very Nice And Professional.Russian Flag Stands For My Place Of Birth,American Flag Stands For The Country I am Citizen Of(I Live In The USA).Skull Is What I am,Metal Head.Captain Russia Is My Nick Name And The Name On The Bottom Is My Mom's Name(Her Name Is Irina,She Passed Away Last Year).This Is My First One!
