This is my first tattoo, I designed it myself and got it on my 18th birthday :) Sorry the picture isnt that great it was the same day that I got it done. But the words are written in italian and I wouldnt ruin the translation for you but it says E' tutto circa il viaggio, and its a phrase that I truly live by. But you can see the profile of the horsehead a little bit better in this picture.
