My grandma died of lung cancer and my grandfather got shot in his left shoulder (where my tattoo is) when he was a cop. I wanted a gun to represent him and a purple (my grandma's favorite color) rose to represent her. My boyfriend came up with the smoke concept and drew it up for me. It was my first tattoo. I got it done Champion Tattooing in the Bronx. I love it!
