This is a better pic of the "sun circle" I found it as one of the "Pan Celtic symbols" It's meant to stand for brotherhood of all my Welsh, Scots, Irish, Manx, Cornish, and Breton brothers and sisters!
It's not an Iron Cross (nor surfer cross)
