My brother's first tattoo in '99. Inspired by Motley Crue's album cover "Dr. Feelgood" (with a few personal touches). I think the color still looks great considering the fact that he hasn't had any touch ups on it.

looks good, not a replica of the actual cover, but customized. just finished mine on my forearm, not exact either but closer.
