I went into this blind; I told my artist I wanted a tattoo, gave him a price range, and this is what he came up with. Only the day before I got it done (still not knowing what he did) I started looking through the pictures of my trip to Italy, just months before, in which I saw the work this is based off of, and was thinking that I should get a tattoo for that. I was fated to get this. Done by Jonathan Penchoff at Hold Fast Tattoo in Chandler, Arizona.

	Hi--I agree, it's a great subject for a tattoo (see mine!). I thought a lot about whether or not i should go more abstract with mine, but in the end I went for a traditional look. Where did you put it?
