This is on my left arm (front). It's Ash's sister Cheryl from "The Evil Dead". She is also know as the cellar witch. On top of her is Karen from 1968's Night of the Living Dead. This can be seen on some of the movie posters. Done by Jesse Overton of Tidewater Tattoo in Maryland.
