This is an original design by artist Chase Chovan. Chase is now working out of Ohio, and has tattooed several celebrities. The only one I remember is Pink. In his first design it said "Fucker" instead of "Polock." I didn't want the word fucker tattooed on me, and I'm of Polish heritage so we decided to misspell the racial slur "polack" and put that in the banner because of the stereotype that all Polish people are dumb.
