The basic elements (water, wind, fire, earth) with their alchemy symbols in the middle of each. Placement on upper right arm, done as my reminder to embrace the basic things in life (among other personal reasons). Done by Chris Lombardi @ Forbidden Images in New Port Richey, FL

	Very spiritual,placement is great too, if you wanted you could eventually add to it without overcrowding.And leaving it alone doesn't make your arm look naked. Kudos to your artist.
