	aren't you not supposed to put plastic wrap on new tattoos? nice design though, looks good with nothing in the center

	And to tjw it means 'seize the day'. So to judge whether a person lives by that or not depends on their take on it? For example you may take it to mean jump out of a plane. Whereas I might take it to mean, just make the most of the opportunities presented.
