my first tattoo located on my left shoulder blade. had a friend of my sister do it for free took less than an hour. it means cherry blossom (sakura) in japanese kanji. the lil pink part is a petal not a heart. the meaning of japanese cherry blossoms represents the transience of life. i like this meaning more than the chinese meaning for cherry blossoms. check this website for more info on this tat. http://ezinearticles.com/?Cherry-Blossom-Tattoos---What-Do-They-Mean&id=239057
The left side is written wrong and doesn't match the style of the right side. The right is ok, except the strokes are a little awkward and the petal looks wrong. Not very good, I'm afraid.
took less than an hour? you mean less than half an hour? and the right half of that is jacked up. where did you find that kanji? the left half is ok, but the right part is too curvy and wavy like an old drunk japanese man wrote it.
Have u ever heard the saying " you get what you pay for." ? This looks like a child took a sharpy marker 2 u when u fell asleep while baby sitting. Sorry. Glad u at least like it.
