This isn't a very good picture but it is a custom piece. It is a medical alert symbol and it says that I am diabetic on it. In a little twist from the original medical alert sign, the snake is wraped around an insulin syringe instead of a cross. It was done by the guys at Hollywood Rebel and drawn by my former boss, who also got the same tattoo.
