I just got the 7 stars across my back. Each star represents one of my siblings. The coloring is to represent their birthstone. I even have a diamond one that was done very well to look like a diamond. They go in birth order from bottom to top with my oldest sibling being the biggest.

This tattoo was done at Ink Factor in Prattville, AL by Billy.
