THIS IS THE 3RD TATTOO I GOT(I HAVE 4) ITS AN AMBIGRAM. IT SAYS BEAUTIFUL, BUT UPSIDE DOWN IT SAYS DISASTER. ITS PLACED A LITTLE HIGHER THAN THE CENTER OF MY SHOULDER BLADES. ABOUT 2 INCHES FROM MY NECKLINE. I KNOW THE QUALITY OF THE PICTURE IS NO GOOD... I'LL TRY TO GET A NEW ONE UP ASAP...

Nevermind the quality of the picture. How about the quality of the tattoo? It's horrible. Blown out and shaky... and it's not the photo. Get it removed right away!
