	Well its both....its almost 10 years old and I have to admit Im really bad about sunscreen, nuff said...It was very vibrant when it was new...Touch up time for sure

	this is a beautiful tat. I have always loved faeries. I just think that it could be a little crisper, it might just be the pic though.
