Agreed. I would have to say there is enough updating to the colors,shading, style without loosing the connection to the theme that makes this a very intriguing tat for me.
What Scott doesn`t understand is that SHIGE is a modern Tattoo artists that puts his twist on traditional themes. It all depends on the person that is getting the work and what they want. Obviously his speciality is Japanese motiffs. No complaints here.
