This phoenix is a cover-up piece. it is covering the tacky ass playboy bunny i got when i was way too young. The piece is original COPYRIGHTED artwork by Vickie Chastan, and with HER permission it was modified and inked by Little Frank Whittington. This is the best pic i could get of it myself. it's hard to take a pic of something that wraps around your ankle and foot!
