i like the design its different to what u see!
koi carps and water always look mint!!! if they r done by a decent artist cuz if they aint the carp heads can end up looking like cock ends lol just kiddin :D

Color seems really basic. With all that open space in-between the line work solid aqua blue wouldn't have been my choice. Consider it a back ground and let someone with some skills help you out with some shading.
