	Why both in the same spot? And the virgo symbol looks like "me" i.e. I am a dragonfly. Weird.

	I totally don't think it is BAD, it just looks like you may have done some rubbing while it was still healing. But that doesn't matter you can get that repaired!!! Great tat just think about getting it refreshed..
