This tatoo picture was only two hours after I had it. The Artist Evan from Virginia Beach was great! Thanks Evan! I knew what I wanted and looked for months for just the right lady to put on my lower back. Finding the one I liked the Artist help with some details, color, hair color, size, shape of her fin. This is my 5th tatoo, but this is the largest one[ about 6 inches]. Looking forward to some feed-back from your site readers.
