	it doesn't say fate...sorry, but you should get wording in your native tongue, so u know the spelling is right (if i can call it spelling...)

	I have fate tattooed on the back of my neck and me and my fiancee did ALOT of research and i hate to break it to you but that doesnt mean fate... it might along with other characters but by itself it doesnt mean fate

	Well, 1 of the character's meanings is fate, but by itself it usually means life. I don't know if you intended it to look loose and abstact, but if you wanted it to be calligraphic there are much nicer fonts.
