	so i have a couple state tattoos myself and i just picked a couple things about the places that were really relevent to me. which is what i put inside the outline of the state. with california you have so many options. just a matter of your preference.

	I'd definitely go to a different artist and have them fix the shading.. then add map style details, or something.. with it blank like that it looks unfinished.

	I freakin love it. I'm from that area...graduated from Arcata High a long time ago....anyway, I would leave it as is....so bad ass...
