this is my 2nd tatoo done bout 15 mins after my 1st,it's a heart-a-gram,took 4 hours and hurt like hell......

	I am rating the scracher not you. I say scacher because a artist would not take 4 hours on such a simple tat

	Why 4 hours, really??!! My "karma" on the back of my neck took two hours, but it was very particular. Get a better artist, maybe with a degree or something official...perhaps a studio. SERIOUSLY! Take the advice!
