It´s nose art from a C-130 Spectre Gunship. The skull belongs to Arzel, one of the Archangels(angel of death)
Did it in Panama by an US artist, but despite the fact that he is american he put it together wrong "belight" should be "be light"... But it gives it a story behind it/M
