	Neck tattoos, personally, are very trashy. Your dad must not have been thinking when he allowed you to talk him into letting you do this. Seriously, as parents aren't we supposed to be the voice of reason!

	this is a fine example of stupidity. i personally wouldn't put a tat on you that i wouldn't have on myself. i mean how are you going to cover that at a job interview? plus you are only 16.
