This tattoo was done by an artist named Jax at a local parlor called Lucky Lotus. It is my first tattoo and it is on my upper back, between the shoulder blades but below the neck.

The biggest peice of symbolism behind this tattoo for me is the fact that it was given to sailors after 5000 nautical miles. Its all about the journey.
