I can see where the front left leg may 'look wrong' but i think the artist has gone for a 'different' view to the normal extended claws look, I think to be honest it's anatomically correct..
I like it, it's different.

Really good job on the face and head, but the body doean't look like the same skill level. Some more shading and detail would make it a great tat.
