	The bottom character is love (ai), and the middle is luck(fu), and i don't recognize the top one. But don't worry, it definitely doesn't say "I love fukuie" or whatever theat ass said. The character for "I" isn't even there. I hate you bob.

	ahahaha i dunno if thats true but if it is, some chinese tattoo artist had a kick outta this.

	The 2nd and 3rd characters are a name pronounced Fukuie. This tattoo can therefore be read "I love Fukuie." Nice one.
