This is a custom designed tattoo. It includes two rows of barbed wire entering the arm just past the chinese symbols. The symbols represent all three of my kids names, and the barbed wire around them represent the protection of my kids.

This may be the most cliche Tatt of all time...all you need now is you family name and and your frat sign...don't get me wrong I fully believe honouring one's family is awsome, but you or the artist could have come up with something more original
