Done by James at Wolfs Fine Line in Joliet, IL. Was a 15 year anniversary present. Left shoulder handcuffs, hubby has the keys.

	for a design as simple sounding as handcuffs, the shading is very nice. very realistic and detailed. better on your shoulder than on your wrists i suppose. hehe :)
