Second tattoo, kinda irritated it is not symmetrical. The artist scarred most of the skin, also showing majorly raised skin. I really need unbiased opinion that's not saving my feelings. I'm deciding on getting it removed.

If you're really not happy with it, get it removed. Otherwise, it's going to be a constant source of bother every time you look at it.
