This was done by Gunnar @artofgunnar from Columbus OH at Red Tree Tattoo Gallery.
The idea I presented to him was the music I listen to, metal, coming to life. I gave him a few pictures I drew 30 years ago as reference, and he came up with the walkman idea (and the skull cassette). The green glow of the walkmans open mouth is the color scheme with me looking in shock. I gave him a picture of me and it became a caricature of me. He even added my favorite bands logo (Opeth) on the shirt-nice touch.
