This Phoenix tattoo is my first, & I'm very proud of it, as I did the artwork, & my tattoo artist used it as was.

The Phoenix is emerging from a candle, meant to symbolize having to start our lives all over after a house fire (caused by a candle left smoldering) a few years ago. We lost everything, which was traumatic... But also, freeing in a way.
