Does any one have any ideas of how I can cover this tattoo up?

I didn't wanna get it removed because lazer's a pain in the ass/my skin scars really easily
I feel like 'forever young' is a too immature for me. I can't think of something in my life that has enough meaning to be a tattoo though.

IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEAS OF WHAT I COULD CHANGE/COVER UP MYTATTOO W/ THAT'S NOT TOO VISIBLE/BIG(AS CLOSE TO THE SIZE IT IT IS NOW) PLEASE PLEASE SHARE

You might be able to cover that with animal or plant would be my best guess. Maybe a flower, bird or butterfly would look nice?
