This piece started from a design of my own and was done by Matt Crunk at Ink City tattoo in Muscle Shoals. i got this tattoo for my daughter and I picked the placement because i had read about soul shields in other cultures and how the meaning/ purpose to them is to protect your heart and soul and thats what she does for me and their is no one better for the job.
