I got this Bird of Paradise tattoo when I was 18. For me, it symbolises freedom and change. It is located on my stomach approx. 10 cm to the right of my navel. It has been through two pregancies, and still loooks the same. I was fortunate to not get any stretchmarks over it. Now, 9 years later, I still love it.

(The tattoo measures approx. 8 cm in hight.)
