This is a tattoo symbolising my two children. The coordinates show where they were conceived. The symbols (star and flower) is the first letter in their names from a symbolic font on my Mac. The Star is an H, and the flower is a K. I got the upper line after my son was born, then the lower line after my daughter was born.
