And now that I look at it again, I notice that the 9th and 10th strokes and the 11th, 12th and 13th strokes are also connected, and they shouldn't be either. |

Sorry, Erin, you're wrong again. The top two components of this character, the 3 strokes representing grass and the 5 strokes representing eye, should not be connected. |

Dude, your tattoo is fine, it's "meng" which means dream. Don't listen to Bob, he doesn't know what he's talking about, he probably doesn't even know the stroke order of characters, which makes anything he says about strokes irrelevent. |

But, like so many kanji tattoos, this one is wrong. The third and fourth strokes and the sixth and seventh strokes are combined here, which is a mistake that renders this meaningless. |
