This is a work in progress but she is still to beautiful not to share. Nikki Pettis from Colorado Springs Uncle Bud's Pikes Peak Tattoo did this beautiful piece! This was 95% free handed.

	I am absolutely in love with this piece. It looks like a watercolor painting almost. It is nice to see a fairy without harsh black outlines. Nice work!!
