This is the first three lines to the track 'She Bangs The Drums' by The Stone Roses. Although they are one of my all-time favourite bands, the tattoo is not a tribute to them. It's the positive, uplifting spirit of the message that enticed me to have it done. So after procrastinating for ~3 years, I finally got tattooed for the first time, age 43, today, 28 May 2011. Given that this picture was taken only two hours after leaving the tattooist, there is remarkably little soreness. Chuffed to bits with it :)
