H.N.B is a character from Johen Vasquez' comic Johnny the Homicidal Maniac.
He is an insane sociopath who abuses inanimate objects (wouldn't you if they were all after you) and often does so on his trusty soap-box. The strip generally ends with him being shot through the head. It is pretty much a self-portrait.
